I don’t know how to handle this Sociology question and need guidance.
You may recall from the course syllabus that from this course you were to understand how to lead in response to issues or problems impacted by globalization. You are also to demonstrate your ability to conduct research specific to a clearly identified issue or problem that has relevance to globalization and your more specialized graduate studies, clearly presents your analysis and understanding of this issue or problem as well as how organizational leadership should respond to the issue or problem.
To successfully complete this assignment you will find 10 peer-reviewed academic or professional articles focused directly on your area of concentration as you defined it in the statement of purpose you completed as part of the graduate admission process.
Ideally, your articles should afford you insight into leadership roles, initiatives, and organizational actions that reflect how organizations operate in a global environment or how organizations operate as they respond to the effects of globalization. The global problem or issue you examine needs to be specific and all your articles clearly tied to that issue. You are being given tremendous freedom here in choosing what to read and what to define as the primary objective of your work. Your work though must clearly reflect central globalization issues. All students should present their ideas for research to me for approval.
Organize your 10 article reviews around the following sections:
1.Prepare an APA formatted bibliographic entry for your article and put it at the top of each individual review.
2.Discuss the article’s primary purpose, goal, or statement of problem. Explain your selection of this article by discussing how it relates to your MPrS statement of purpose and/or professional goals.
3.Discuss, based on the literature review presented by the article’s author, what is currently known about the article’s primary purpose, goal, or statement of problem.
4.Discuss how this article builds upon the current state of knowledge.
5.Discuss how you might use the knowledge developed or substantiated from this article.
6.Discuss how this article has affected your thinking regarding an organizational response to this issue or problem and how that response might be led.
