I don’t know how to handle this Writing question and need guidance.
The assignment is to build a unique leadership style or model from among the many we will cover in the course or others the student may find during research.
The research will include the work of scholars from the literature, examples of persons living or dead, and various government documents on the subject. Students will provide a thorough analysis of the style or model constructed, focusing on key points and concepts. Remember, this is a public administration class, so the content of the paper should be relevant to the public/non-profit sectors.
The research project will comprise the “traditional” style of graduate research associated with term papers. The intent of this project is to take knowledge and apply it to the practice by building a leadership . You will be critiquing and analyzing the response to the event by public and/or non-profit agencies.
Follow the APA style, including page numbers and running titles, and write 15 pages at a minimum and no more than 20 pages of narrative, with the following sections (that appear in virtually all social science research):
·Introduction (no more than one page; overview of what you will present, including the high points of your work; tell us about the style/model you building, why, and how the paper will unfold).
·Literature Review (multiple pages; this is where you pull together the knowledge (research) that will inform your style/model).
·Findings/Discussion (multiple pages; the style/model and explanation go here; what did you learn and how does it apply to style/model?).
·Implications/Conclusion (no more than two pages; what does it all mean and why would this be of interest to others?)
2) You will assemble a PowerPoint presentation. Presume you would have 10-15 minutes if you had to make this presentation in front of a live audience.
