For my research paper, I would like to focus on Employees in a Global Environment. Particularly the lack of female and non-Caucasian employees within the Aviation maintenance workforce. During this research, I will focus on the company Lockheed Martin.
I’ve seen a predominance of Caucasian men in key official occupations, thus an exclusion from other races and sex. This has been since the start of Lockheed Martin Manufacturing.
